Visit Hendersonville NC
Project Management and Design Direction
Visit Hendersonville NC is a tourism development site and large directory service with many local business and destination listings.
In collaboration with the branding team at Paradise Advertising & Marketing, we reworked the design and user flow for the entire website, introducing new colors, fonts, and user tools designed to help visitors get the most out of their trip to Hendersonville, North Carolina.

In my early days at Big Boom Design I reworked our Clients page. We needed a new look that was fun, brand oriented, and highlighted the interactive design skills of our team.
Through several iterations, we developed a layout and design that fit our superhero inspired brand and showcased our amazing clients.

Blue Ridge Power
Project Management and Design Direction
Blue Ridge Power requested a site redesign in 2024. Moving away from Elementor, we rebuilt the site using Divi for easier client management of content. I worked directly with Blue Ridge Power’s marketing and design directors to craft a new look and feel for the solar energy company based on their latest branding kit.

ETT Fine Woods
Project Management, Design, and Development
ETT Fine Woods is a national manufacturer of hardwood products. This was a full website rebuild to reflect the merger of two companies, East Teak and Thompson Mahogany. I served as project manager and design director and co-developed the site with the help of our team at Big Boom Design.
Working with the client’s content manager we developed an extensive species guide showcasing the hardwoods ETT manufactures and supplies. We also implemented a unique layout design and user flow for product pages. I designed and developed the SVG locations map on the home page.

Highland Brewing Company
Project Management and Development
In 2021 we had the chance to recreate Highland Brewing Company’s website from the ground up using WordPress. This was a complete rebuild of a Craft CMS site with the goal of providing the Highland Brewing team an easy-to-use and easy-to-update site.
I built out most of the pages and oversaw the platform migration, ensuring function and design consistency from Craft to WordPress.
And we added some extras.

- Moved their events calendar from a third party system to WordPress, reducing off-site traffic.
- Worked with the Big Boom Design team to create custom post types and templates for their beers, team members, and job postings.
Davis Law Group
Design and Development
Neff Creative approached Big Boom Design with a home page mockup and style guide for building out the rest of the site. This was a WordPress rebuild and server migration. I handled the sub-page designs and built the site.

Design Direction and Development
Franny’s Farmacy approached Big Boom Design with a few page mockups, a style guide, and a dream that our team made real. I worked with the rest of our team to build out the site and oversee design implementation.
